Info: This female only workshop is built to develop resilience, strength, and leadership through sport. Be inspired as you take part in hands-on skill-building, coach-led discussions, and group conversations. Compete in games designed to enhance communication and your self-confidence. Open to all females of any sport. Games and exercises are not sport specific and are designed to create an inclusive environment that fosters communication and growth. Light refreshments will be provided. Participants should wear comfortable gym attire and clean indoor sneakers.
