Winter 2025 Mini Volleyball – Now Open for Registration!

Join us for eight weeks of fun, skill-building, and gameplay as we launch our Winter 2025 Mini Volleyball Program— designed for athletes ages 8–13. Whether your child is just discovering the sport or preparing for their first school or club tryout, our program offers something for everyone.

We focus on confidence-building, teamwork, and strong fundamentals through small-sided games, partner drills, and a supportive coaching environment. Newer, softer volleyballs ensure comfort and proper technique development for all players.

Program Details

🗓 Dates: Thursdays from January 8 to February 26, 2026
📍 Location: Bridgewater Elementary School (Queen Street entrance)
💵 Fee: $175

Sessions

​

• Session 1 (5:00 PM – 6:00 PM)
  Ages 8–10 | Skill Development
  Focused on foundational movement, communication, passing, and gameplay in a fun and engaging format.

​

• Session 2 (6:00 PM – 8:00 PM)
  Ages 11–13 | Recreational League
  Designed for players ready to apply skills in a more structured game environment. Weekly sessions include drills, team strategies, and live gameplay.

Spots are limited! Each session is capped to maintain our outstanding 5:1 player-to-coach ratio, ensuring every athlete gets plenty of reps, individual feedback, and encouragement.

What to Bring

​

• Clean indoor sneakers (no outdoor shoes allowed in the gym)

• Volleyball knee pads

• Proper gym attire

• Full water bottle (to minimize breaks)
